Inspector onboarding in six weeks.
Upboarded Industry turns industry standards and client requirements into ready training paths and inspection procedures. Your inspectors learn from the document the client has just signed.
Knowledge leaves with the expert.
A senior inspector leaves after ten years. The next day a client calls about a detail of how EN ISO 17025 is interpreted. That answer existed only in that inspector's head.
HR opens the CV of a new hire. Onboarding starts from nothing. Six months of training, thirty to eighty thousand zloty of cost, an uncertain result. In TIC, with 8 to 15 percent annual turnover, that cycle never stops.
In this industry, knowledge has no structure anyone can inherit.
Three situations where the platform changes the outcome.
A report lands on Friday: twelve inspectors on the team, three with a real gap in the current revision of the standard. The system proposes a 45-minute session with the chatbot mentor, fitted to each of them separately.
You open the material on your phone on the way to the site. The chatbot works through the key sections of the standard as a conversation, checks that it landed and adds examples from your own company documents. Twenty minutes later you have knowledge you can use in the field.
A client publishes a new revision of their requirements. You upload the document. Within hours the inspectors have updated inspection procedures and a new quiz to check them. That used to take a specialist two weeks.
Three kinds of organisation, one problem.
Notified bodies and private certification firms, from TÜV and Bureau Veritas to local players serving regional clients. Their inspectors work in the field, often alone, against standards that change faster than the training material does.
Power, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food. Anywhere internal inspectors answer for compliance with industry standards and external auditors. Every change to a standard means recalibrating the whole team.
Certification centres and notified bodies that run vocational training. Hand-made material goes out of date faster than the trainer can update the slides.
From the inspector point of view.
From the manager uploading a new standard to the inspector finishing the knowledge check, in one continuous process.
- 01You upload the documents
Standards, client requirements, work instructions. The platform reads them and pulls out the key sections, definitions and decision trees. Every piece keeps its source citation.
- 02Three artefacts come out
From the analysis: a training path for inspectors, quizzes that check understanding, and inspection procedures (SOPs) as a decision tree. Your own experts review everything in human-in-the-loop mode. Nothing goes live without your approval.
- 03The inspector learns through a chatbot
The chatbot knows your organisation and adapts its questions to what the person already knows. The system records the gaps and picks the next sessions for that person.
- 04The manager sees two things at once
How onboarding is going for each inspector, and whether the standards that just came into force are reflected in the current procedures. No spreadsheets, no hand-written reports for the auditor.
Upboarded Industry sits on three pillars of the circular model: paper documentation goes virtual, expert time is used better, and knowledge stays inside the organisation. The project is part of an undertaking incubated under FEPW.01.01 (Component I).
We will show a concrete example from your industry.
It takes 25 minutes. We start from one of your own standards documents, show the training path and procedures it generates, and answer your questions.
The demo is run by Bartosz Maziarka, founder. To write directly: kontakt@upboarded.com.
